Can I use the COA from a laptop computer to build a new desktop?
I got an old HP laptop computer (Win XP home) that runs really slow and clunky. If I wanted to trash it (that is, send it out to a recycler as ewaste), before doing that, can I reuse the COA sticker to build a new desktop computer? Will that work? thx
