how do i empty the recycler folder on my computer?

not the recycle bin but recycle folder
please dont suggest emptying the recycle bin
ofcourse i know how to right click and delete something
i need to know how to get to the recycler folder so i can delete it
ok so i know how to get to the folder but i dont see any files and this folder is taking up like 20 % of my gb and i would like to know how i can delete them and i tried the show/hidden files thing and it still didnt work

    Open the folder, highlight the contents and hit the delete key on your keyboard!

    open the folder. highlight everything that you want to delete it. right click, click delete.

    No matter what you do, it will just keep coming back. It contains the actual files you deleted from a particular drive. The recycle bin doesn’t contain the deleted files but only holds the links to the files which are in the recycler folder.

    Well you could try what was said above.
    If that does not work for some reason you can delete it using a program called Killbox.
    It is able to delete those stubborn undeletable files.
