How do you delete those so called hidden image on your hard drive?

for example, over the years I did lot of "right-clicking" to save and download lot of gif files, pictures and images…I heard that anything you right click to save image as, and even after you delete them into recycler bin, those images are still hidden somewhere in the computer…any programs I can use to delete hidden images, and pictures permanently?

Technically anything you delete isn’t really deleted until something else takes its place in the memory, try going in to you cookies file and SHREDDING them <norton software> and always shred you recycle bin
