Computer Recycler

Please help, i tried checking online but i can’t seem to open the anti virus sites (AVG, Mcafee and Avast) and tried clicking on the links given but it still wont open both in internet explorer and mozilla.. i guess its because of the virus… please help.

P.S.: I’m not that good in computer so please be more detailed in giving solutions.
just to add an information… i can’t access the anti virus sites.
