I have the recycler.exe virus on my computer. Please help.?
It started with a memory stick. There is this folder; Recycler. If I delete it, it keeps coming back is a file that also appears in the recycler folder that I can delete but it come back. Now it is also on my C: folder and other subfolders. When I try to burn cd’s or dvd’s, I am denied access to the data files that I need to burn. How can i get around this problem? Is there an Antivirus package that can remove it? I have tried Avast, Avira, AVG, without success.

go into ur system restore and turn it off (thats ur recycler)
rt clik my comp>properties>sytem restore
navigate to prefetch folder
rt clik start>explore>C>windows>prefetch folder>remove everything in there except layout.ini
have u ried running ur av in safe mode if not do so
u can also use nod32 online av

avast and avg dosent remove spyware
I am a master in it but i dont like to complicate your work because it will involves a lot of procedure.ONE GENUINE SOLUTION IS TO INSTALL AGAIN YOUR WINDOWS.
try attrib -r -s -h Recycler.exe
del -S -F Recycler.exe
in all drives
do it in safe mode
do it in DOS prompt (start->run->cmd(type cmd))
