i have a laptop with a broken hard drive and im not gonna bother replacing it. i also have a red ring of death xbox that is out of warranty and again i dont feel like fixing

My computer crashed a while back and would have vertical lines on startup. After hooking it up to a hard drive enclosure i noticed that the only left on it was a folder by the name of RECYCLER.
I can’t open the folder stored on the external hard drive, the computer message appears recyclere5188982.exe
