What can I do with my e-waste here in the UK?
I have many old electronic devices that do not work anymore. I will leave England very soon so I don’t know what to do with this waste. I don’t wanna throw it anywhere, I wanna do as much as I can to protect the environment.
I live in Canterbury

Find a decent recycling centre, there’s usually a container especially for household electric appliances and devices so they can somehow be recycled.
I go to one every week and can pretty much recycle everything if you can be bothered to fill up the car and drive down to unload it!.. small price to pay for helping the planet just a tiny bit i’d say…
Well, I know that in the US there are places that you can mail your old cell phones, etc to and they will recycle them or donate them to charity.
Put it all on Ebay for a minimum start price, somebody will want it.
I would personally think about Remploy e-cycle;

Not only do they take care of take care of all the ethical issues, they also significantly increase the employment opportunities of disabled people and those who experience complex barriers to work.
Hope that is helpful.
