There are a few places you can donate your computer. You’re probably safe donating to Goodwill or the Salvation army, but I found a few more specific places you can donate.
The following places you can be sure will refurbish your computer for the good of others, and instead of you getting charged, they can proably give you a receipt so you can use the donation as a tax deduction for 2008 taxes if you want.
