There are such things but you don’t pay an “entrance fee” per say. you get a yearly “pass” you pay for up front. you can then pick thought the “junk” and pay a fair price for what every you find. I often do this for “museum pieces” some of my local organizations like to have restored for display. Often its a good source of parts for older computers the owners just cant bare to part with…and are willing to pay nearly any price to get it back to working again. But as a big time money making business…nope…besides there’s Ebay no need to “stock pile” old parts when you can find most anything on Ebay!
